The Mandarin-C version of Banila Co's Clean It Zero balm, 100 ml, which turns to oil on contact and lifts waterproof makeup in one pass. Mandarin orange peel oil and ascorbyl glucoside carry the radiance angle, over a Zero Balance base of seven botanicals that includes licorice root, plus safflower seed oil. pH sits around 7; the formula is vegan and made without fragrance, parabens, sulfates, alcohol, mineral oil or silicone.
