Glow Deep Seum : Rice + Alpha Arbutin

A 30 ml serum with a short active list: rice bran water, credited with amino acids and minerals, and alpha-arbutin for the look of dark spots. The finish is glowy rather than heavy, and it slots in before moisturiser. Application is a few drops into clean hands, then patting.
