Eau micellaire Low pH Niacinamide Cleansing Water

A low-pH micellar water offered in 100 ml and 400 ml, with niacinamide at 1,000 ppm and zinc PCA on the sebum side, allantoin and madecassoside for comfort, and sodium hyaluronate with panthenol on water. It is poured onto a cotton pad and wiped over the face; on heavier makeup the pad is held in place around ten seconds. Rinsing afterwards is left to preference.
