Skin Glow Toner; Vita Radiance

A two-phase toner whose water and oil layers are shaken together before use, combining Huxley’s prickly pear seed oil and cactus extract with a vitamin complex of niacinamide and vitamin C derivatives. It hydrates deeply, works on uneven tone and leaves the skin conditioned, supple and luminous.
