Rice Toner au Riz

A double-layer toner that separates in the bottle and needs shaking before use, built on Goami rice extract from Korea with Niacinamide, rice bran extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract and Amaranthus Caudatus seed extract. The milky phase leaves a light film rather than a watery finish. Sold in 150 ml and 30 ml; the retailer recommends it for dry, combination, dull or rough-feeling skin.
