Numbuzin's No.5+ toner reads more like an essence: light, quick to sink in, and dosed with niacinamide at 50,000 ppm. Vitamins C and E, liposomal glutathione, a peptide and MADEWHITE at 20,000 ppm, built on madecassoside drawn from centella asiatica, make up the rest of the antioxidant load. The target is uneven tone, dark spots and a rough surface, on skin after more light.
