Wonder Releaf Centella Toner

A very fluid toner, once part of Purito's Centella Green Level line under the Calming Toner name, with its formula untouched. Centella asiatica extract at 3,663 ppm, sodium hyaluronate and panthenol make up a hydrating first layer intended for skin that runs reactive or prone to redness, and it settles luminous rather than tacky. Herbal scented, and suggested for dry, oily and combination skin.
