Snow White Cream

A tone-up cream from Secret Key that lifts the complexion visibly on application, thanks to titanium dioxide and mica held in a silicone base. Niacinamide is the active on board, pointed at dullness and at the look of dark spots and redness. It doubles as a makeup base with a hydrating finish; note that the formula contains mineral oil and fragrance.
