Matcha Cica Layer Serum

A bi-phase serum from VT: the watery layer runs on 62% matcha leaf water with sodium hyaluronate, trehalose and niacinamide, while botanical oils sit above it for nourishment. Madecassoside, Centella Asiatica extract, a five-ceramide complex and panthenol handle comfort and barrier support. Despite the oil phase it settles without a greasy finish, which makes it workable on combination and sensitive skin alike.
