Panthetoin Essence Toner

A 200 ml essence-toner from the same Panthetoin line: panthenol at 4,000 ppm and ectoin at 1,000 ppm, with squalane, Ceramide NP, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, macadamia and sunflower seed oils, allantoin and hollyhock flower extract. ma:nyo suggests pouring it into the palm and patting it in, then adding two or three more layers when the skin wants more.
