Lashrum Eyelash Enhancing Serum

A lash serum from Seapuri, laid at the base of the upper lashes with its own applicator. The formula starts from sea water and blends caffeine, panthenol and extracts of Laminaria Japonica and Moringa Oleifera seed to condition lashes and limit the brittleness behind breakage. Meant for lashes that look thin or sparse, and applied in the evening on clean, dry skin.
