AC Fighting AHA BHA PHA Toner

TIAM lists its acids openly: glycolic at 3,500 ppm, lactic at 900 ppm, gluconolactone and lactobionic acid at 1,000 ppm each, plus betaine salicylate standing in as the BHA. Together they take off surface dead cells at a mild strength, with panthenol, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate cushioning the step.
